Wall Profiles
The Wall C75 profile is produced in three thicknesses (0.40 / 0.42 / 0.50 mm) — thickness can be selected according to the project's load requirements.
Wall profiles form the framework of partition and dry-lining walls. The U profile is the horizontal track at floor and ceiling, setting the wall's line and width. The C profile sits vertically inside that track and is the stud the plasterboard is screwed to. The profile width (50 / 75 / 100 mm) determines the wall's overall thickness and therefore the space available inside it for insulation and building services.

Assembly Logic
The sequence below describes a typical application. Stud centres and fixing details vary with the project's structural and acoustic requirements — the project specification governs.

- 01The wall axis is marked on the floor; the U track is fixed to floor and ceiling with anchors, over an acoustic sealing tape.
- 02C studs are set vertically inside the U track, typically at 60 cm centres — reduced to 40 cm for tall walls or heavy finishes.
- 03At door and window openings the C studs are doubled up for reinforcement.
- 04One face of the wall is boarded, services and insulation are installed, then the second face is closed.
