About Us
MAXTAV is a factory that manufactures drywall profiles on its own production line in Sincan, Ankara — not an importer or distributor. Ceiling, wall partition, corner bead and base coat profiles are all produced at our own facility.

It starts with galvanized sheet
Production starts by feeding a galvanized coil of the required thickness into the line. Thickness is chosen according to the load the profile will carry — this is why we produce the Wall C75 profile in three separate thicknesses.
Cut profiles are stacked by length and type, then strapped and palletized for dispatch.
The section is defined by the roller tooling
The strip is bent step by step as it passes through the roller stations along the line. Changing the section means changing the roller tooling, which lets the same line produce U and C profiles in different widths.
